Six Core Advantages

01

Real-Time · Multi-Sensor

Three-Channel Sensor Data — Millisecond Refresh

Inlet temperature, outlet temperature, and flow rate (L/min) — three core CDU parameters refreshed via USB at millisecond intervals. Supports extended parameters including pressure (bar), pump speed (rpm), and system status. UI layout fully customizable by customer software.

04

In-house Driver · WHQL

In-House Cross-Platform Driver — Windows & Linux Ready

Racer Tech's in-house driver team supports Windows 10/11 (WHQL), Ubuntu Linux, and Android 9–15. Whether the CDU controller runs Windows industrial PC or Linux embedded systems, USB Display integration is fast — no custom driver development needed.

⚠ Windows: silent installation via WHQL Windows Update. Linux: kernel module required. OpenBMC driver porting is under planning.

02

Threshold Alert · LED Control

Tiered Alert System — Instant Anomaly Visualization

When outlet temperature exceeds the configured threshold, the display automatically switches to amber alert animation. Flow anomalies or low pressure trigger red alarms and simultaneously control external LED indicators. Alert logic fully defined by host software — no hardware modification required.

05

1920×1200 · Dual LVDS · 10-bit Gamma

High-Resolution Display Engine — Premium Gauge UI Quality

Dual-port 24-bit LVDS output at up to 1920×1200 @60Hz with 10-bit Gamma correction and DLTI/DCTI color dynamic improvement engine. Gauge indicators, trend curves, and alert animations render with precision on any LCD size.

03

Single Cable · Full I/O

Single USB Cable for Display, Control & Sensor Loop

Traditional CDU panels require separate display signal cables, sensor buses, power lines, and control cables. MI-8801 carries video output, button reporting, touch signals, and LED control simultaneously over one USB cable — dramatically reducing chassis wiring complexity.

06

TAIWAN OSAT · 0/231 Failed

Third-Party Reliability Certified — Zero Failures

MI-8801 completed package reliability qualification at a Taiwan OSAT facility with 231 samples through MSL3/260°C pre-conditioning, achieving zero failures across TCT / PCT / HTS testing.

Four Liquid Cooling Application Scenarios

01

Data Center Liquid Cooling CDU Main Panel

Large data center CDUs require 24/7 real-time monitoring of inlet/outlet temperature differential (ΔT), total flow rate, and system pressure. MI-8801 front panel LCD directly displays three-channel temperature gauges and flow trends, triggering amber alerts when ΔT exceeds threshold — no backend login required during facility rounds.

03

Liquid Cooling PDU / Rack Thermal Management Controller

Rack-mounted liquid cooling PDUs integrate power distribution and liquid cooling monitoring. MI-8801 drives multi-zone gauge displays via single USB, with pump ON/OFF control and valve position feedback all integrated in one LCD UI — intuitive and clear.

02

AI GPU Server Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) Module

High-power GPUs such as H100/GB200 using Direct Liquid Cooling require independent monitoring of cold plate inlet/outlet temperatures per server. MI-8801 integrates into 1U/2U chassis front panels, displaying local cold plate ΔT and flow, helping engineers quickly locate thermal anomalies.

04

Edge AI Inference Rack Liquid Cooling Management

Edge AI inference racks deployed in factories or telecom rooms have space constraints requiring highly integrated cooling. MI-8801 ultra-small package (eLQFP-128) and low power design suits integration into rack side panels or front frames, displaying cooling system health with multi-language support.
